How do I get my ipaq 2400 and pc to share files wirelessly??

Hi, I have a pc running XP sp2 a wired wireless netgear router a netgear wifi usb dongle and an ipaq 2400 with wifi and BT. I want to share files over a wifi link between the pc and pda. How do I do it?? thx
