At TotalPDA we want your complete shopping experience to be as efficient as possible so we put in place a customer friendly returns procedure and a convenient delivery system.
When returning products we aim to make this a hassle free and effective process for our customers. TotalPDA will return or replace goods within 30 days after dispatch. You will also be covered with a one year return to manufacturer warranty, which covers the products for a year through the manufacturer.

At TotalPDA we endevour to deliver goods the following working day, ensuring the order has been placed before 2pm. We team with a trustworthy courier company to guarantee safe and effective delivery.
