Customer Builds
TotalPDA understands that every customer has unique requirements and that you may need specialist software to work with your product. To this end, TotalPDA provides a “Customer Build” option. This ensures that when the product leaves the our warehouse, it is pre-installed with not just the manufacturer software, but also includes software that is relevant to your work. Examples of this include E-books, Reference manuals (BNF) and procedure documentation.
Dedicated Technical Support
TotalPDA understands the needs for the right information at the right time without compromise. TotalPDA operate a dedicated customer telephone support line, providing direct support to the customer. Our experienced technical support team knows the software and understands the devices, and can make sure that they work together. TotalPDA has the largest stock of PDA/GPS devices available to our staff. This means that our support team can simulate support queries on an actual device, ensuring the precise issue is addressed and solved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Device maintenance
Our Corporate customers can also take advantage of exclusive extended warranties and maintenance contracts. As technology advances, so does the usable lifetime of a device. While this poses obvious benefits, it also provides a growing worry for customers as it exposes them hardware/device failure out with warranty periods. As a total solutions provider, TotalPDA will extend the life of your investment, by providing continued support and maintenance on your product far beyond the initial warranty period.
Also, if you are a support customer and you encounter a problem with one of our products, TotalPDA will send out a replacement unit to you as soon as we receive confirmation that the faulty device has been shipped to us. You will be able use this maintenance unit until your own device has been repaired or replaced, to ensure that a failure of technology does not impede the services that your business depends upon.
