Refurbished
Refurbished covers any equipment that has been technically sold before. This may include units that have never been used. If a customer has returned the unit it is thoroughly checked, tested and sometimes re-boxed (often in plain packaging) by a third party refurbishment company. The condition of these units will vary slightly from having minor cosmetic blemishes to being “as new” and they will be backed by an appropriate warranty as stated on the website product description.
Second User
These units have been previously used by customers or for internal training purposes. These products are subsequently tested and checked rigorously before being reboxed for resell. The condition of these units will vary slightly from having minor cosmetic blemishes to being “as new”.
Please note: Manufacturer Refurbished, Refurbished and Second User products, although in many cases are in 'as new' condition, may have minor cosmetic blemishes/marks which in no way affect the functionality of the device. Ex-demo
